Lake Brantley!!
We are excited to announce that Lake Brantley will be hosting a Physical Night for all students who need a sports physical for the upcoming school year. This is a great opportunity to complete your required physicals conveniently and at a low cost as well as support the school's athletic training program. We will also be completing ECGs this night as well, which is required once every 4 years!

Location: Lake Brantley Main Gym
Cost: Physical $20 
All student-athletes are required to have a completed physical on file before participating in any school sports. Attending Physical Night ensures that all necessary paperwork is submitted on time, helping to avoid delays in athletic participation.
What to Bring:
EL2 Physical form
Payment
A parent or guardian (if required for minors)
