Luis Marrero with a 30 kills, two blocks and Andres Pacheco with a 31 digs and 2 aces.
Lake Brantley was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The match finished with set scores of 22-25, 25-16, 24-26, 25-20, 15-13.
The victory was the third in a row for Lake Brantley, bringing their record up to 10-2. As for Horizon, their loss ended an eight-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 6-4.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lake Brantley will square off against Hagerty at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Horizon, they will take on West Orange at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
